Konica Minolta aposta em estratégia híbrida de comunicação com os clientes

Dada a situação pandémica, a empresa vai criar eventos mais personalizados e imersivos, suspende assim, a presença em feiras comerciais.


A Konica Minolta reajustou a estratégia para manter a proximidade com os atuais e potenciais clientes, considerando a atual pandemia mundial. A empresa está a apostar em iniciativas personalizadas one-to-one com o cliente, alterando entre o digital e o físico, de forma a realizar demonstrações virtuais das soluções.


Com a definição deste caminho, a Konica Minolta suspende a participação em eventos de grande dimensão, nomeadamente na Drupa 2021, com o objetivo de salvaguardar a saúde dos seus clientes, parceiros e colaboradores.


Para Pedro Monteiro, Deputy Managing Director da Konica Minolta, “A atual conjuntura levou-nos a repensar a forma como estamos junto dos nossos clientes e damos a conhecer os nossos produtos. A estratégia que adotámos permite-nos criar novos formatos e experiências híbridas que asseguram infinitas possibilidades de interação com o cliente, com uma maior ou menor integração entre o virtual e o presencial, em função dos nossos objetivos e da evolução da situação epidemiológica.”

Já exemplo desta estratégia são os Virtual Customer Workshops, eventos digitais dedicados ao embelezamento na impressão industrial e profissional, e que a Konica Minolta faz combinar com demonstrações presenciais personalizadas. Outras novidades estão a ser preparadas e serão conhecidas em breve.
