Konica Minolta sobe no ranking das 100 Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar

Konica Minolta está no top 10 e vence prémio na categoria de Desenvolvimento Pessoal.


A Konica Minolta recebeu uma dupla distinção: foi eleita uma das 100 Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar em 2019, subindo à 9.ª posição no ranking, e venceu o Prémio Especial na categoria de Desenvolvimento Pessoal. A iniciativa anual é promovida pela revista EXAME em parceria com a consultora Everis e a AESE Business School, que anunciaram os vencedores ontem à noite.
 

O diretor-geral da  Konica Minolta em Portugal e Espanha afirma que “não é possível conceber uma organização com sucesso sem que as pessoas se sintam felizes e motivadas e isso passa, entre outros fatores associados à gestão, por conseguirmos implementar programas de desenvolvimento pessoal, sólidos e consistentes.
